What to include
- The email address on your account.
- For a portrait or video: the look you picked and roughly when you made it.
- For a refund: the purchase date and what you bought. See our Refund Policy first.
Please do not send passwords or card details. We will never ask for them.
Common questions
- A generation failed. The credits come back to your balance automatically.
- Your photos and data. See our Privacy Policy. You can delete results in My Creations and your account in Settings.
